What to Expect:

When you schedule an appointment, you will receive a confirmation either by phone, text, or email. Make sure to bring your insurance card (if we will be filing for you) and a form of ID (driver’s license).

When you arrive at your appointment, you will have time to discuss your concerns with Dr. Brazzell, and he will tell you your options and what he recommends.
